Premier Choice for Online Payment Collection: Razorpay
I've been using Razorpay for many of my e-commerce clients who run WooCommerce or Shopify-based stores and it's been a fantastic experience. Integrating Razorpay into any software is incredibly easy thanks to its comprehensive documentation and ready-to-use plugins. Its multiple payment methods make it highly flexible for online payments. One of the key features I appreciate is its Custom Payment Pages, which allow us to list our products and services and collect payments for them. Razorpay is currently the most popular payment gateway among the e-commerce community in India, offering multiple payment methods and the flexibility to pay using mobile payment apps. It can be integrated into any shopping website or CRM software, or simply used to send payment links to customers. One of the best features I've found is the ability to design payment pages where we can list our services and collect payment. The customer support is also impressive, with a dedicated relationship manager for each account to quickly resolve payment issues. Overall, I believe it's an excellent product for any online store.

Razorpay: Top-tier Payment Solution for Small to Midsize Businesses
I had a fantastic experience with Razorpay and am completely satisfied with their service. I would recommend Razorpay as the top payment solution for small and midsize businesses. They accept payments through all online methods, including foreign currency, and provide comprehensive reports and email notifications to clients. They also send payment reminders for timely collection in case of credit sales. However, their pricing for UPI and Rupay Cards is higher compared to other payment gateways like Paytm, Paykun, and CC Avenue. I chose Razorpay because Cashfree doesn't support credit cards, Paytm requires a GST number to use their business solution which isn't necessary in the service industry, and CCavenue charges an annual maintenance fee which isn't the case with Razorpay. I switched to Razorpay because Paykun had many transaction failures compared to Paytm and Razorpay, and often my clients couldn't pay via credit card over the Paykun payment gateway.
