Why is Stripe a good alternative to Authorize.net?
I believe Authorize.Net is a good alternative to Stripe due to several reasons. Firstly, it offers a wide range of payment options including credit cards, e-checks, and digital payments like Apple Pay and PayPal. This makes it convenient for customers with diverse payment preferences. Secondly, it has robust security measures in place such as Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) which helps in preventing fraudulent transactions. Furthermore, Authorize.Net provides excellent customer support with a team available 24/7 to assist with any issues. It also boasts a superior API for custom integration, making it easier for businesses to incorporate it into their systems. Lastly, while both Authorize.Net and Stripe have similar pricing, businesses that process a high volume of transactions may find Authorize.Net more cost-effective due to its cap on monthly fees.
What are the differences between Stripe and Authorize.net?
I have noticed several key differences between Authorize.Net and Stripe, two popular online payment processing platforms. Firstly, Authorize.Net mainly serves as a gateway, meaning it connects a merchant's website to the appropriate credit card networks for transaction processing. In contrast, Stripe is a full suite payment service provider, offering a gateway and a merchant account.
Secondly, pricing models vary between the two. Authorize.Net uses a monthly fee model along with transaction fees, while Stripe charges a flat rate per transaction, with no monthly fees. This makes Stripe more cost-effective for small businesses or startups.
Lastly, in terms of international business, Stripe supports more countries and currencies compared to Authorize.Net. Also, Stripe's API is more developer-friendly, offering more customization options. Both have their strengths and are reputable in their domain; the choice depends on the specific needs of the business.

Market-Stall Speed with Catalog Sync & Basic Inventory
Square POS has been a good fit for our market stall because it handles card payments quickly even when the line gets long. The catalog sync and basic inventory counts save me from manual updates, and the little break on fees for the first chunk of processing through Joinsecret was a practical extra.

Why is Square Point of Sale a good alternative to Authorize.net?
I believe Authorize.net is a great alternative to Square Point of Sale because of its versatility and powerful features. Unlike Square, Authorize.net is compatible with more than 450 software platforms. This makes it easier to integrate and use it with existing business systems. It also offers advanced fraud detection services to ensure transactions are secure and trustworthy. In terms of pricing, while Square charges for individual transactions, Authorize.net provides a monthly payment option which can be more cost-effective for businesses with high sales volume. Moreover, it offers a virtual terminal feature which allows you to manually enter credit card information, making it ideal for phone and mail orders. Overall, Authorize.net provides a robust and flexible solution that can cater to various business needs.
What are the differences between Square Point of Sale and Authorize.net?
I believe there are several distinct differences between Authorize.net and Square Point of Sale (POS). Firstly, Authorize.net is primarily a payment gateway provider, which means it facilitates the transfer of information between a payment portal and the front-end processor or bank. It's ideal for businesses that already have a merchant account and need a gateway to process online payments.
In a slightly different way, Square POS is an all-in-one solution that provides both a merchant account and a payment gateway. This makes it easier for small businesses or individuals who don't have a merchant account. Square also offers physical hardware to process payments in person, making it ideal for brick-and-mortar stores. However, while Square has a simpler pricing structure, Authorize.net might be more cost-effective for businesses with larger transaction volumes.

Braintree Payments: A Transparent and Simple Solution for Online Payment Processing
As a merchant, I've found online credit card payment processing to be complicated. I've used various companies and the most frustrating part has been the hidden, confusing fees. However, Braintree solves this problem by charging the same rate for almost all payment types. While there may be slightly cheaper options, their simplicity and transparency are vital for me. Their customer support is only via email, but fortunately, I rarely need it. I switched to Braintree mainly for the simplicity of their fees.

Customer payments blocked for months - without reason and without any explanation
I'm issuing a strong warning to professionals and ambitious individuals: do not use Payoneer under any circumstances. My funds were blocked for months without any valid reason or explanation, which severely impacted my business and cash flow. Their so-called customer service is ineffective and useless, providing only vague answers without any real solution. This situation forced me to file a complaint with the police and start legal proceedings to recover my own money – a considerable waste of time and energy, simply because of what seems like organized theft tactics. I absolutely do not recommend Payoneer to anyone who values their work, time, and financial security.
