Jump In ClockShark Won't Disappoint
I find the support for ClockShark to be excellent and I can always reach a real person. I switched from QuickBooks Time due to bugs and the inability to reach support when needed. ClockShark is slightly more expensive, but I believe it's worth it. There was a learning curve, but the ClockShark team was always there to assist me. I am not disappointed at all. This is a great software with a great team behind it. It's easy to use and available on web or mobile. The support team is fantastic. I wish I could add holidays to the time off section, but it's not a major issue. I switched to ClockShark because of the numerous bugs and lack of real support with QuickBooks Time.

ClockShark: A Must-Have for Businesses with More than 5 Employees
Switching from a manual timesheet method to ClockShark has saved me more than I could have ever imagined. The best part about ClockShark is their team, who are incredibly helpful and have made my life easier in many ways. Their customer service, attitude, and technical skills are outstanding. I've used other systems in the past, but ClockShark is the most affordable with the most features and support. They've never let me down and made the setup process effortless. However, I found their billing a bit confusing when adding or removing employees within a year. It would be helpful if they showed which users were added or removed when showing changes in billing. Also, the requirement for each employee to have an email address for logging in can be limiting, especially when hiring contract workers. I chose ClockShark for its affordable cost, numerous features, DCMA compliance, and excellent sales and support. It was a win-win situation. I primarily switched to ClockShark for DCMA compliance.
