As a small business owner providing managed services (MSP) to my clients, I find that while Remote Monitoring solutions often offer some form of remote access, they simply can't compete with FixMe. By keeping them separate, I don't have to worry about setting up access from scratch if I decide to change RMM solutions in the future. For my residential clients, I can use FixMe alongside apps like CCleaner Cloud to connect and then patch applications. FixMe is essentially the foundation of my business. However, I would like to see electronic auditing as a future feature. I want to be able to view the system specs on an unattended system without having to manually connect and view it. A Mac client would also be a great addition.
