NinjaOne: The Solution We've Been Anticipating
Since I started using NinjaOne, everything has been fantastic. The trial and demonstration were impressive, and the explanations provided were clear and helpful. The customer support, forum, and after-sales service have all been top-notch, with a team that is clearly motivated and focused on more than just making a sale. They are willing to invest for the long term. I appreciate how easy it is to use, the speed at which commands are executed, the range of features available, and how well it integrates with our MSP software. The development, customer care, and after-sales service are all praiseworthy. At this point, I can't think of any negatives. There's always room for improvement, but nothing specific comes to mind right now. I chose NinjaOne for its ease of use and its speed in executing tasks or commands. I made the switch to NinjaOne because I was so impressed during the demonstration. I didn't realize it could be so user-friendly while still offering a comprehensive solution. Currently, we still have an active period with Datto, but we no longer use it.

Top-tier RMM Solution for Streamlining Internal IT Operations
NinjaOne has transformed our small IT department into a powerful force by automating our processes. It gives us insights into all our assets, networks, and activities, allowing us to be proactive. We use its integrated ticketing and documentation modules as a central hub for all IT-related tasks, but we still use a separate remote access vendor for certain features. After evaluating several RMM vendors, we chose NinjaOne for its affordability, features, integrations, and support. We especially value its automation-focused features. The dashboards, alerts, and other features are intuitive and highly effective. We now use the ticketing module and documentation, eliminating the need for two third-party vendors. We've had occasional service disruptions to regional instances, but no long-term outages. We chose NinjaOne over its competitors for its reliability, customization options, affordability, integrations, and excellent rapid support.
