Before starting my training program, I had reservations about Lark, particularly regarding the clarity of video calls, screen sharing, and audio quality. However, Lark surpassed my expectations in all these aspects. The audio was clear, and the display was glitch-free. Although video files longer than 5 minutes had to be sent as attachments, the fast upload and download speeds made this a non-issue. The user interface was intuitive, making it easy for my trainees to join sessions and message each other. Lark has proven to be one of the best software I've used for my virtual classroom. It played a significant role in the smooth running of my program, especially when training a global team remotely. The screen-sharing feature is exceptional, maintaining clarity even when sharing my screen. However, I do encounter an issue where Lark sends every time I log out and attempt to log back in.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Lark Funding, a platform I've been using for trading with funded firms for about 2 years. I've had a rollercoaster ride with other firms, but Lark Funding's unique no daily loss - 3 step challenge caught my attention. The funding process was seamless and I was all set to start trading. My first encounter was quite a learning experience. I opened a 2 lot position for XAU and added 2 more lots to a losing position, which was a grey area in the rules. I lost 4k initially, but then I opened a 5 lot position and made a comeback with a 5k profit. Their CEO pointed out that I was using a martingale strategy and held back the profit. It was an enlightening moment as I learned that adding to a losing position could be perceived as martingale, even if you don't increase your lot. Next, I took my trade history to a discord group for some advice on whether it was martingale. I was given a 7-day break from the group, which gave me some time to reflect on my trading strategies and learn more about the martingale system. After 14 days, I closed my positions with a whopping 15k profit. They paid me 8k, citing the martingale issue again. This was another learning curve for me, understanding how different trading strategies can impact your profit. Finally, after they paid me, they provided me with some valuable insights into my trading strategies. This experience with Lark Funding has been a journey of learning and growth. I am excited to continue trading with them, armed with my new knowledge and understanding of the trading world.
