Our onboarding specialist, Sara Marzorati, guided us through the entire process with utmost dedication and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Despite having no previous experience in website building and design, we found Lodgify's web builder user-friendly and the outcome was an impressive design. What really stands out is their customer service, they've been incredibly responsive in resolving initial issues with external OTA syncing.

Jump Forward with Lodgify: The Future-Proof Solution
As a Lodgify user, I find the booking engine and channel manager extremely useful for managing my property reservations. I value the ability to synchronize all my properties under Lodgify. I believe supporting the LITE program is key for a long-term partnership with Lodgify. I chose Lodgify because it lets me showcase my business across the platform without significant losses. I appreciate the flexibility to adjust my product facilities based on feedback from my startup solution, providing me with the confidence and security I need for my business. Despite the 3.9% fee, I consider the LITE program a reasonable entry point. I wish Lodgify would let me feature my own domains, allowing me to invest in marketing and promoting my chosen domains. I also suggest that Lodgify offer initial technical support, even if just for limited hours, along with a payment gateway.

I have successfully expanded my company, Mondosol, from 10 to 100 properties using Lodgify. This has enabled more direct bookings and overall control. I value the website builder, channel manager, and reservation system. I also appreciate the ability to receive payments based on the percentage I choose and the feature to communicate with guests through automatic messages. I believe that improving customer service is vital and I'm pleased to see they are addressing this with new agents. I also find it more convenient to work with sub-users, whether as a property manager or simply granting access to staff or others. However, I would like to see better integration with other channel managers. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and assuring me that my comments will be considered for future integrations. They also expressed their pride in having me as a loyal Lodgify user.
