Excellent, Yet Highly Priced
Overall, I'm currently satisfied with Pointerpro. However, I've considered switching to JotForm as they offer the features we need at a lower cost. I'm not ready to rebuild our survey just yet, maybe in a few months. Survey Anyplace was able to meet our needs, allowing us to create an online quiz for my clients. However, the cost of Pointerpro is quite high, especially considering the additional charges for generated PDFs sent to users. I've had to upgrade my account three times due to the low monthly submission rates. I believe the cost should be the same regardless of the number of submissions, with higher charges for users with more than one or two surveys. I chose Pointerpro because it was the first service I found, even though it's more expensive than I'd prefer.

It's incredibly simple to set up and use, with a range of options to make the survey more engaging and enjoyable. They even offer the ability to run a competition or reward program within a survey, which has been a great feature for us to engage with our users. There's not much to dislike about the product. Their pricing is reasonable for the features provided, but I've noticed some compatibility issues with certain browsers. Also, they make formatting changes without any prior notice.
