I've had quite an interesting experience with SurveyMonkey! I was surprised to find an account fee linked to a former employer, a company I haven't been with for almost 2 years. I reached out to SurveyMonkey to clarify the situation and they were quick to respond. Although they couldn't immediately reverse the charge, they were open to my suggestion of contacting the new account admin for an updated payment method. The customer service representative was so eager to help, she even offered to assist me in maximizing the benefits of my account. Although I no longer had access to it, I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile. As for the product itself, it's quite decent. It offers a different experience compared to Google forms, which I also use. It's always great to have options and SurveyMonkey provides just that. Their unique approach to customer service and business practices has left a lasting impression on me. I'm looking forward to exploring their platform more in the future.
