Your Ultimate Digital Marketing Solution!
Out of all the digital marketing software I've used, SoCi is the closest to perfection. There are a few issues, such as the inconsistent Canva integration and the Peak Time scheduling feature always posting at 6:00 pm, but these could potentially be due to my own mistakes. SoCi combines all the features I've wanted from other software like Hootsuite, Chatmeter, and Mindstream into one package. It's the first social media scheduling software I've used that allows me to post to Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business simultaneously. There's a lot to learn to fully utilize the software, but the support staff is very helpful and there are many instructional videos available through "SoCi University". I switched to SoCi because the company offered an incentive. I appreciate the vendor's response and their offer to help resolve the issues I've encountered.

Clumsy at Its Finest
SOCi is nearly perfect for me. It simplifies posting across different apps, which is particularly beneficial for smaller businesses. However, it doesn't fully meet my needs for managing multiple locations, which can be frustrating. I handle social media for four stores across two states, and SOCi lets me create and schedule a single post for one or all stores at a specific date and time. Their customer service is always quick and courteous. Yet, SOCi isn't a comprehensive solution for social media management. I can post on Yelp but can't reply to reviews, and the same goes for GMB. It doesn't support emojis in posts and managing conversations is difficult. The reporting is inconsistent and it doesn't capture posts made directly on the platforms. Sometimes, I have to post directly due to SOCi's limitations. I wish I had a dedicated customer service representative, but I always interact with a different person each time I contact the onboarding team. The vendor has responded to my feedback, expressing regret and apologizing for the issues I've encountered.
