One of the finest customer support experiences ever!
I recently had an exceptional support experience with Hostinger. Andrew, a representative from Hostinger, was outstanding. He stayed online with me throughout a lengthy troubleshooting process, patiently attempting various fixes until we found a solution that worked. I am extremely grateful for Andrew's fantastic service. Generally, I find Hostinger's support to be very good. I am slightly annoyed by the need to request the chatbot AI to connect me to support, sometimes more than once. However, I understand this is a filter to ensure users exhaust all possible support documents before involving a team member. Overall, I believe Hostinger offers great value for money, and Andrew is a true asset!

Rethinking Hostinger: A Cautionary Tale
My experience with Hostinger has been a complete disaster. Every solution they proposed required me to invest more money into a website that didn't need further investment. I initially spent $240, then was convinced to upgrade my plan for an extra $27 a month, only to end up with a non-functional website. They don't offer an inherent web design program, instead, they force us to pay for WordPress or Zyro. Their response time is awful. I once initiated a chat at 7:30 PM and went to bed without receiving a response by 1:04 AM. I reached out to both Zyro and Hostinger over 25 times in 36 days, paid for a year, but never received a response about getting a refund. I am now in touch with PayPal for an inad case. I chose Hostinger because of their seemingly low price, but I ended up leaving them. Despite their apology and offer to discuss a solution, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
