Excellent E-Learning Tool: Lemon Learning
With Lemon Learning, I am now able to directly push information onto a website even when the website itself doesn't allow it. One of the advantages is its user-friendliness and adaptability to changes. I like the concept of the Lemon name along with the logo. However, I've observed that at this stage of development, we can only save an additional highlight color like red. The default color is always blue and if we want a different color, we have to change it for each section. The vendor responded to my review in February 2020.

We currently have the Lemon Learning solution integrated into six of our software applications, with plans to add more in the coming months. Our experience with it has been very positive and we're continuing to use it this year. We're working with a responsive team that is always ready to assist us. Lemon Learning has helped us to simplify the onboarding process for new employees, support our users during changes after launching new versions of our applications, and provide daily support tailored to each user's profile. New features are regularly added, making the solution increasingly efficient. The tool's integration into our business software is simple and quick. It's easy to use for both content creation and administration, as well as for users following the guides. The guides and news are always available for our users, and the content is diverse, including guides, tooltips, and news. The solution is adaptable to our various business tools. However, the "Statistics" feature is currently not very efficient.

Lemon Learning has been an excellent partner for onboarding and in-app communications after user log-ins. With just an extension or a line of code, I can use the solution on any application. However, it's not yet possible to conduct behavioral analysis in the back office.
