Outstanding Software Solution
I really like using Fulcrumapp.com for initial natural resource mapping. I find the real-time data collection and photo associations very useful, and I appreciate the lack of time-consuming post-processing work. I also enjoy being able to export a database from the collected data to quickly create tables. However, I wish there was an option to collect lines to outline the perimeter of an object. The switch to Fulcrumapp.com was recommended by our GIS department and I'm glad they did.

Instant Site-to-Report Transition with Fulcrumapp.com
I've had a very positive experience with Fulcrumapp.com since I started using it in 2016 and have no plans to switch to other options. I like that it doesn't require advanced programming skills and lets me build whatever I need. Its GIS capabilities make it stand out from other custom form applications. I also like their postgres sync module (dev version) which allows me to manipulate field data on the fly and integrate it into any GIS or Excel. However, I find it a bit expensive for basic form applications. I chose Fulcrumapp.com for its GIS capabilities, offline access and sync, and mapping functionalities.
