Outgrow: More Leads, Lower Costs, Better Qualification

I've been able to generate more leads at a lower cost and better qualify them before follow up using Outgrow. I use this tool to help my clients generate highly qualified leads. Outgrow quizzes have been one of the most successful lead magnets I've used due to their high conversion rates and the added benefit of qualifying leads before investing time and resources in follow up. As leads go through the quiz, they provide valuable demographic and psychographic information that allows us to tailor our offers to their specific needs and wants. Few leads will complete an extended form to provide this information, but they do complete an extended quiz because it's fun and promises value at the end. This level of intel and interactivity is not achievable with an ebook or video course. I highly recommend Outgrow to anyone looking for a lead generation tool that qualifies leads and aids in the sales process. My only complaint is that it's not a Wordpress plugin, although you can embed an Outgrow quiz on a Wordpress page.

Plus, the investment is worth it if used correctly. Initially, I found the learning curve a bit steep due to the numerous features.

However, I wish I could send more data other than contact information through Zapier to programs like Google Analytics and Pipedrive, and send custom email notifications on the Essential Plan. I also wish there was a way to remove the Outgrow branding without having to upgrade to the Business Plan. Despite these wishes.

Effortless Survey Creation with Outgrow!

I really like using Outgrow. It's easy to use and very flexible, letting me customize it to fit our brand perfectly. Whenever I run into problems, their customer success team is always ready to help. I especially love their Marketo integration and the ability to launch a survey directly from a Marketo email. The option to add lead generation forms is amazing, and the data mapping feature is even better. We often use their pre-formatted surveys and numerical quizzes, which are great because they don't require any JavaScript knowledge. However, I do wish more features were included in the standard package, as each additional feature costs extra. We switched to Outgrow because we needed a tool that could do mathematical calculations and integrate with Marketo.

Double Charges Incurred

The customer service of Outgrow is terrible. I decided to leave due to insufficient ROI, but they kept emailing me to stay. I discovered they had charged me three times when only one payment was due. When I brought this up, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting the confusion was on my end. Even after providing bank statements as proof, the issue was merely escalated. Their communication is extremely poor.
