Exploring ConnectWise Control: A Journey of Quality Software and Unique Customer Service
I've been working with ConnectWise Control and it's been quite an interesting journey. Right after signing the contract, they updated their pricing structure which was a surprise, but it's understandable considering the quality of the software. There have been times when I've had to reach out to their support team and while the response time may vary, they always ensure to close the tickets once they've been addressed. It's a unique approach to customer service that keeps you on your toes! What really impressed me was their business strategy. After a year, they directly approach your customers, offering them lower contracts. It's a bold move that shows their confidence in their product and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Yes, the prices do go back to normal after a year, but it's a great way to give customers a taste of their excellent service at a discounted rate. I would definitely recommend considering a partnership with them. It's been a rollercoaster of an experience, but one that has taught me a lot and has ultimately benefited my clients. This has been one of my most memorable experiences to date!

Top-notch Remote Tool Experience with ConnectWise Control!
I am employed by a company that supports over 300 clients. When I joined, all remote connections were manually established, which was inefficient. I began using Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) to set up many of our remote connections, but it was unable to manage all, particularly those that required a VPN connection before using RDP to connect to the server. This process was time-consuming, taking over 2 minutes per session. I needed a faster solution that still provided the security of a VPN connection. That's when I discovered ConnectWise Control. After testing the trial version and extending it with the assistance of the CW support team, I was convinced this was the solution I needed. Now, it only takes me 15 seconds to connect to a remote server. Thanks to the integration in RDM, my colleagues can also use the same configured session to start remote connections. I value the ease of setup, price, LDAP integration, RDM integration, and email notifications. However, setting up email notifications was a bit challenging.
