As a person with a lot of experience working in IT, I have always relied on ConnectWise Control for remote support. I have used ConnectWise Control countless times to support my clients in their environments and on multiple platforms. In fact, it has made my remote support workflow much better. I remember one time that a client of mine had a server located outside of the country that had "gone down." ConnectWise Control connected me securely to their server in seconds, and what could have been a nightmare incident became just another IT quick-fix and a happy client.
One of the things I love most is the clean, web interface that is easy to navigate. The capability of being able to run command-line or PowerShell commands from the browser—without jumping through hoops or using other tools to do so—is definitely a feature that saves me time. When I was doing most of the deployments for system-wide updates to several clients at once, this capability alone reduced my workload significantly—no comparison.
Of course, nothing is perfect and ConnectWise Control has its oddities. For example, I have found its integration with Microsoft Endpoint Manager is not as easy as other remote control options such TeamViewer. Oftentimes, I have had to pivot and use alternative methods when I wanted to do endpoint management obligations—sometimes it can be an inconvenience.
I have also had some limitations appear, a few times, when using some specialized applications in a remote session, but not frequently. I am not likely to encounter these issues more than a handful of times when working with the clients I support. In any of those times, I have had to look for a work-around or use an alternative method that would often include working directly with the client. Not ideal, but those events have been few and they haven't detracted much from my overall experience.
In summary, ConnectWise Control has continued to be my remote support tool because it is fast, secure, customizable, and inexpensive to use. Of course, there are always slightly inconvenient issues with integration or compatibility but there's much more that helps make those moments insignificant.

Top-Notch Remote Control Management Solution: ConnectWise Control
I switched from TeamViewer to ConnectWise Control several years ago, a decision I would never go back on. ConnectWise Control has saved us a significant amount of time and effort. It's compatible with any browser, doesn't use up many resources, and enables us to provide comprehensive remote management to our clients. It's easy to install on multiple computers and is cost-effective. My only complaint is the default red color theme, which I find irritating. However, that's the worst thing I can say about the software. I chose ConnectWise ScreenConnect because it's reasonably priced, easy to install, and consistently reliable.

I've had a surprisingly enjoyable experience working with the RMM product, ConnectWise Control. Its web interface is intuitive, the endpoint agent is easily deployable, and the on-demand and end-user allowed sessions run smoothly.
