01 Is KrispCall any Good? My expert Review

I am evaluating VoIP tools by determining if they will reduce switching tabs for both Revenue/Support Teams, and if Admins can make routing and reporting standardized without creating a mini project to set up the product. KrispCall has the greatest advantage when treated as "Telephony inside your CRM", as opposed to using it as just another Softphone.

KrispCall provides Virtual Numbers, Shared Callbox for Calls/SMS/Voice Mails, and all the necessary features for a Call Center: IVR/Phone Trees, Call Forwarding and Transfer, Call Recording, Live Monitoring (Listen/Whisper/Barge), and an Analytics layer for Managers to Track Call Volume, Timing, and Agent Activity so you can Coach and Fix Routing Bottlenecks vs Guessing

What impressed me most is the breadth of integrations and automation potential. If your team lives in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, or a support stack like Intercom/Front (plus Zapier/Make), KrispCall’s approach makes it easier to keep context attached to every conversation. The newer AI Copilot features, transcription and call summaries, add real value for QA and follow-ups, especially when you need fast call notes.

There are Trade-Offs. Pricing starts at $15 per User per Month, however Calls and SMS are Usage-Based, and Full Capability can move you towards Higher Tiers. A few Items are Marked "Coming Soon" (Desktop/App Elements and Reporting Pieces), and while the Number of Features may seem Overwhelming to a Solo Operator, this is similar to how Performance for Cloud Phone Systems is Dependent upon Having Stable Internet.

My verdict: KrispCall is a smart pick for sales and support teams that want AI-assisted calling plus strong CRM alignment without paying enterprise contact-center prices. If you need a simpler “just a business number” app, alternatives like OpenPhone-style tools may be easier, but less operationally powerful.
