I really enjoy using OpenPhone as it works flawlessly with minimal glitches. The customer service is outstanding and I find it convenient to view texts, calls, and voicemails from customers all in one place. Any team member can log into OpenPhone from their device and interact with customers through the app. However, there's a minor issue where sometimes the phone number isn't recognized as valid when I try to input it into documents, forcing me to use my personal number for certain administrative tasks. Despite this, I find OpenPhone to be a great customer-facing phone number for my business. I switched to OpenPhone because it's more affordable, offers better quality, and provides more reliable calls.
