Exciting Features, Yet Somewhat Complex for Some Users Like Me
I find Yodel to be a great tool for maintaining a professional image, particularly for inbound calls to my company, without the need for a full-time receptionist. It's not perfect, but the hold music and 'please hold the line' messages provide a confident touch for callers. The robust features are impressive, even allowing me to create an FAQ, which saves me time from answering repetitive questions. However, I find it confusing and somewhat bloated. The integration with Slack, while cool, isn't entirely clear. The interface is busy and when a call comes in, I struggle to find the right button to press. I've heard they're releasing their own app and software, which I hope will improve things. The main issue is answering calls in time, often callers have hung up before I can get to them. It definitely needs some refining in terms of speed and efficiency.
