Dialpad has been a good fit for a distributed company. The call quality has been consistent, the voicemail transcription is good enough that I rarely need to listen to the audio, and the integrations with Google Workspace and Salesforce saved us some duplicate data entry. Not perfect, but definitely practical software

I have used a few cloud phone systems before, and Dialpad feels less cluttered than most. The interface is simple enough that non-technical staff picked it up quickly, and the call analytics helped us figure out when we actually needed more coverage. I would like more flexibility in some notification settings, but overall it has made communication easier to manage
