Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Grasshopper
I recently signed up for a free trial with Grasshopper and was thrilled with the process! Although I initially had a hiccup with transferring my number, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to continue with a monthly subscription. It wasn't until six months later that I realized I had been enjoying their services without even noticing the charges! When I brought this to their attention, they were kind enough to refund the last two months. I'm currently working with my credit card company to sort out the details, but in the meantime, I'm excited to add another glowing 5-star review to Grasshopper's growing list!

To my surprise, my account was temporarily locked, but I was impressed by the security measures they took to ensure the safety of my funds. I reached out to their customer service and received a prompt response that my account was under review. I appreciated their diligence and thoroughness in this process. I'm currently awaiting the return of my initial deposit, but I'm glad I started with a manageable $2. The entire experience has been a lesson in online security and has made me feel confident in Grasshopper's commitment to protecting its users.

Boosting Small Business Operations with Remote Call Handling
I appreciate how Grasshopper provides a professional image to my clients. I can transfer calls to any member of my team or any phone line I'm using, which is impressive. Despite my company being small, I enjoy having a professional and high-tech phone service. My partner and I work from different home offices, but we can connect as if we were in the same office, giving our small business a professional image. I wish there was an automated outgoing call service and hope they might add that in the future. I also wish calls could roll over to the next extension if the other one was busy, although I'm not sure if this feature exists.
