    Flexible APIs for SMS + Voice Reminders (with Joinsecret Credit)

    What I like most about Vonage is how flexible the API side is compared with a lot of telecom tools. We used SMS and voice together for appointment reminders, and delivery rates were reliable. I also had access to about $2,500 in API usage through Joinsecret during the first year, which made testing a lot less stressful
