      Efficient, Dependable, User-Friendly! It Delivers.

We were in need of a simple phone system as we were previously overspending on a complex one. OpenPhone has been easy to use from the beginning. Their customer support has been outstanding, always ready to assist with feature requests or issues, which are infrequent. I highly recommend it for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who want to separate their personal and business phones. The setup is fast and simple, and it functions well on a daily basis. We operate two businesses with the same team in the same sector and initially wanted to use the same phone number and redirect to the appropriate company. Initially, there was a minor workaround, but a feature has since been introduced to allow us to do this without a "hack". We chose OpenPhone because their feature set was clearly communicated, met our requirements, and was competitively priced. We switched to OpenPhone because we were seeking a more affordable phone service that provided the features we needed without charging us for a lot of extras.

Embracing Challenges and Growth with Openphone: A User's Perspective

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Openphone, which I've been using for the past 7 months with my team of 27. We've had a unique journey with Openphone, having our account blocked four times. However, three out of those four times, they were quick to unblock it, showing their commitment to customer service. The fourth time was a different story, they said it couldn't be unblocked. But I took it as a learning experience, a chance to understand their policies better. It made me think that Openphone is so committed to maintaining their standards that they're willing to make tough decisions. I would encourage everyone to try Openphone. It's an opportunity to learn and grow. Yes, having your account blocked can be a challenge, but it's also a chance to improve your business operations. I'm currently experiencing this growth phase, and it's exciting! So, don't hesitate, invest your time and money in Openphone, it's worth it!

Avoid OpenPhone - It Cost Me Business and Money

I've suffered significant business losses while using OpenPhone because calls can't be answered and are automatically disconnected. I initially thought they had an automatic robo detector, but it seems their system just doesn't work properly. Even my family members have had to email us because they can't call or text. The software doesn't function and their IT support keeps asking me to spend a lot of time helping them troubleshoot. The syncing feature never works and despite sending numerous screenshots to IT, they keep asking for more details. As a business owner, it's hard to keep track of everything repeatedly to assist them. I can't receive or make calls. When the phone rings and I pick up, it disconnects me automatically. IT wanted me to provide phone numbers, times, and even wanted to put a tracer on my phone, which I refused. Despite months of pleading for improvement, nothing has changed. I chose OpenPhone because it seemed like it would at least cover the basics, but I was wrong.

Exploring the Evolving Features and Unique Charm of OpenPhone

OpenPhone is a software that's constantly evolving and improving! There are times when I find it challenging to send a Google map link, but it's a minor hiccup that I'm sure will be addressed soon. I love how it has a built-in feature that flags texts containing inappropriate language, ensuring a professional and respectful communication environment. Sending pictures might take a bit longer than usual, but the quality is always top-notch. Plus, it's a great way to ensure that each image is sent with care. There are a few other quirks, but none that I can remember off the top of my head. I've been on the lookout for alternatives, but honestly, OpenPhone has a unique charm that keeps me hooked!
