01 Is Quo (ex. OpenPhone) any Good? My expert Review

Quo is a rapid, cost effective and valuable communications platform for small businesses and soloprenuers who want to facilitate professional communications without multiplying devices. For instance, a freelance graphic designer could mix his personal and client contacts and this both opened-up him contacting clients whom ordinarily he would not contact, but also enhanced his work-life balance. It was simple and easy to use so it was very easy for anyone with little technical knowledge to use. For instance, when a bakery wanted to promote upcoming specials to customers, he could take advantage of scheduling to save time, promote specials and assist more engagement from clients.

Quo has the most complete customer support that is always available. For example, when a startup customer needed help moving over their phone number from their current carrier, the customer service, they intervened so quickly and assisted in the entire process to reduce the total downtime possible. There have been a few overall long-term reliability issues so far, for example, it was unfortunate, there was a momentary outage, during a couple of important client calls. Sometimes, customers report the devices are not sync'ing perfectly, and every so often there is minor troubleshooting needed. At the end of the day, for all of these minor irritations, when it all comes down to matters of business phone service, Quo provide great potential for businesses with its pricing, its continued introduction of new features and its amazing customer service.

02 Pros and cons from reviewers

  • User-friendly interface and features

OpenPhone and Google Voice are two leading business communication solutions designed to simplify and enhance the way businesses handle their phone communications. While they share several common functionalities, there are key differences that can significantly influence your choice between the two.

One of the primary distinctions is in their target audience and overall functionality. OpenPhone is specifically designed for businesses, offering features such as shared phone numbers, team collaboration tools, and CRM integration, making it a powerful tool for growing teams and businesses looking for a comprehensive communication solution. Google Voice, on the other hand, is more focused on individual users and small businesses, offering essential communication features like voicemail transcription and call forwarding, but lacking the advanced business-focused features that OpenPhone provides.

Scalability is another crucial factor to consider. OpenPhone is built with growth in mind,...
