Strong Core Features, Seamless Usage Experience
I find LiveSession to be very smooth and easy to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. It competes well with other platforms like Fullstory and Hotjar, which I have also used. It's particularly good for BtoB SaaS and offers excellent documentation for reporting issues and bugs, helping to improve the user experience. The dashboard is substantial and the personal/team segment is a nice feature. However, I'm still waiting for a full integration with Segment, an area where I feel Fullstory has an advantage. My experience with the support team was average when I reported a bug after using the paid plan for 30 minutes. I chose LiveSession because it seemed to offer the best price to features ratio, it had a compelling pitch and a reassuring free trial, and it was highly recommended by friends. I switched to LiveSession mainly because of its attractive pricing. I don't believe there's a clear winner between Fullstory and LiveSession.

Exploring Livesession: A Startup's Journey Towards Autonomy and Growth
As a budding startup, we decided to give Livesession a try, drawn in by its user-friendly interface and impressive range of features. We've discovered that some features are more advanced than we initially thought. For instance, the ability to set up our own dashboards is not readily available, which actually encourages us to explore and utilize the pre-existing, well-designed ones. Other features, like blocking IPs or tracking custom events, offer a unique learning curve that keeps us on our toes and helps us grow. What truly sets Livesession apart, though, is their customer service. They have a unique approach where they allow us to find our own solutions before stepping in, fostering a sense of independence and problem-solving within our team. And when they do respond, it's always worth the wait as their replies are comprehensive and helpful. Considering the software is priced at $999, we believe it's a worthwhile investment for the level of autonomy and growth it promotes within our team.
