As a user, I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud, a CRM, integrates seamlessly with most systems and its data schema is compatible with many peripheral software. It enables admins to tailor Objects, Fields, Reports, and Apps to meet business requirements. However, Salesforce doesn't provide direct support for the product, instead, it relies on 3rd-party providers which can be expensive. Also, there's been a persistent issue with the integration between Salesforce and Contact that has remained unresolved for months.
