Most CRMs are designed for larger corporations with specific needs and necessitate a programmer for setup. However, I found Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) easy to set up independently and was using it within minutes of subscribing. I particularly appreciate the task and pipeline features, which simplify organization and task prioritization. My only gripe is the subpar connection with my emails - I use Office 365 Outlook and the connection process is less than ideal, though feasible. I opted for LACRM due to its cost, user-friendliness, straightforward setup, and functionality.
