I'm currently exploring the potential of Monday Sales CRM for our school, which could potentially involve a significant investment. I've reached out to them for a Zoom meeting, which they don't currently offer, but they were quick to suggest a phone call instead. Although there was a minor hiccup with the scheduled call, I'm confident it was a one-off situation. Their support may not be real-time, but I appreciate their effort to accommodate my needs. I get the sense that this company is genuinely interested in providing value for your investment. It's quite refreshing!

Highly Customizable with Robust Capabilities
Overall, I'm impressed by the flexibility of monday-sales-crm to customize and track various aspects of my business. The learning curve is minimal and I'm still discovering more functionality. The challenge is in envisioning what can be done with this tool and bringing that vision to life. However, the user interface can become cluttered with too much information, causing items at the bottom of the lead tracking list to be easily overlooked. The biggest drawback is the lack of reporting functions, making it difficult to produce reports for clients. I chose monday-sales-crm over Asana for its superior customizability and broader focus beyond team collaboration. I switched from Pipedrive because monday-sales-crm offers everything Pipedrive does and much more.

Monday Sales CRM: Tailored Functionality Without the Custom System Price Tag
Overall, I absolutely love using Monday. I use it daily for managing clients and projects in my business. I find it so useful that I've even started offering it as a service to my customers. The best thing about Monday is its ability to map out any process within my business, allowing me to delegate tasks and keep track of projects at various stages. Monday.com provides a wide range of templates, but I find creating my own incredibly easy. I prefer to customize my own or modify existing templates to fit my business operations. The problem with pre-made software is that every business is unique, and creating a custom system can be expensive. However, Monday.com is a system that can be perfectly tailored to every aspect of your business without the need for a custom system. The main downside I've noticed with Monday compared to other CRM systems is how it handles client data and customer storage. Clients are essentially just items on a board, similar to any other item on any board.
