Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!

The sales promises for APS Payroll were high, but the reality exceeded my expectations. It's superior to most systems I've tried. Given its price, functionality, and delivery, it's a suitable system for small to medium-sized employers. The additional options enhance the system in my opinion. It's very user-friendly and the layout is easy to navigate. It's also accessible on mobile devices. Customization can be a bit challenging, but the company is open to collaboration, although it may take time to develop any custom features, if they're available at all. I primarily chose APS Payroll because of its cost. Overall, the system fulfilled our needs. We switched to APS Payroll for updates and upgrades. I appreciate the positive response from the vendor and I'm pleased that our payroll processes have been simplified with their unified platform. I look forward to continuing to have a great experience with APS.

Selecting Dayforce: A Smart Choice?
Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet my needs and the support team is always available when I have questions. My TAM has made the transition to Dayforce smooth and turned my daily issues into learning and resolving opportunities instead of frustrations. Dayforce is the closest I could find to a one-stop solution that still meets my needs. Having so much data in one place allows for powerful reporting. However, I wish Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents, as it would make setting up and maintaining onboarding documents much easier. I switched to Dayforce HCM because I was a previous Ceridian Source customer who left due to ACA needs, but was unhappy with the support at ADP and was happy to return to Dayforce.

Brilliant Idea, Smooth Interface, User-Friendly, Yet Buggy with Limited Assessments
My account manager only contacted me to ask for a review, ignoring my technical issues. I was able to start using the software quickly, but then lost time due to several bugs. I found the system easy and quick to implement and was impressed with its ability to accurately assess my MBTI type with few questions. The price was reasonable for a small business. However, the assessments were hard to differentiate between candidates. I added some custom questions that weren't HTML friendly, which invalidated the entire assessment. I had to ask the candidate to retake the assessment, which reflected poorly on me. Tech support had to fix my specific test, but I'm worried about whether they will re-code the platform to accept multiple 'spaces' in a question. I feel the platform is too new to be reliable. Tech support didn't provide me with another credit after an assessment was invalidated. The tests were too difficult for more junior positions and there were few options to customize the delivery of.

I have had a very positive experience with eploy. I am still learning, but I always feel supported when I need help. The feedback from our Hiring Managers has been very positive as well. The support during and after the build and implementation is excellent, with responses often within an hour and they provide explanations, not just fixes. Everything is integrated into one system, although some details cannot be bulk updated. The dashboards are fantastic and superior to the reports, which can be somewhat difficult to navigate.
