I've had the opportunity to use the Culture Amp software platform and I must say, it's quite impressive! They have a live chat feature which, although it may take a bit of time, ensures that all your queries are attended to. When I initially purchased the product for a client, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of response times. However, my last two interactions with them were quite enlightening. It took about 1.5 hours to get a simple question answered and 7 hours to receive a follow-up, which showed me that they were committed to ensuring my concerns were fully addressed. I've heard a variety of reviews, but in my experience, Culture Amp has been a reliable choice. I'll definitely be recommending my clients to renew their subscriptions and I look forward to using Culture Amp in the future. One aspect of Culture Amp that I particularly appreciate is their written guides. As a dyslexic, I often rely on live chat to understand platforms, but with Culture Amp, I've found their written guides to be a helpful resource. I communicated my learning difficulty to their team and they were supportive, which made my experience even better. I believe that with a bit of patience, this product can be suitable for people with learning difficulties like dyslexia.

I would strongly recommend Culture Amp to any company with over 50 employees. I find it to be an invaluable tool for shaping and monitoring company culture, a crucial aspect of any organization. Culture Amp provides a variety of features that aid in building a company culture, such as surveys, performance tracking, engagement tools, 1:1s, and feedback exchanges. The science behind features like engagement surveys, recognition, and 360 feedback is robust, making Culture Amp the best in its class for me. However, the platform might not be very intuitive for non-expert users. The naming convention can take some time to get used to, and the mechanics of how certain things work can be somewhat complex. I chose Culture Amp for its usability and functionalities.
