Product Appears Underdeveloped, Customer Service Slow to Respond
My experience with Culture Amp was quite disappointing. I'm baffled by its high rating as it appears to still be under development and doesn't warrant its cost. We selected Culture Amp because we needed a tool that could merge our company's goal-setting strategy with feedback and performance measurement tools. Culture Amp did offer helpful resources during the conceptualization phase. However, the tool didn't deliver as promised. The goal-setting section was not user-friendly; the tables always displayed the oldest goals first and we had to manually filter dates to see the current active goals, which deterred people from using it. During the setup phase and the execution of quarterly feedback cycles, we ran into numerous bugs that forced us to find alternative solutions. For example, our CEO couldn't view his feedback as it was only visible to the user's manager, and we couldn't share feedback directly with the recipient. We reported these issues within the first month of using the tool, but it took the company a while to address them.

Culture Amp: A Reliable and Inclusive Software Platform
I've had the opportunity to use the Culture Amp software platform and I must say, it's quite impressive! They have a live chat feature which, although it may take a bit of time, ensures that all your queries are attended to. When I initially purchased the product for a client, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of response times. However, my last two interactions with them were quite enlightening. It took about 1.5 hours to get a simple question answered and 7 hours to receive a follow-up, which showed me that they were committed to ensuring my concerns were fully addressed. I've heard a variety of reviews, but in my experience, Culture Amp has been a reliable choice. I'll definitely be recommending my clients to renew their subscriptions and I look forward to using Culture Amp in the future. One aspect of Culture Amp that I particularly appreciate is their written guides. As a dyslexic, I often rely on live chat to understand platforms, but with Culture Amp, I've found their written guides to be a helpful resource. I communicated my learning difficulty to their team and they were supportive, which made my experience even better. I believe that with a bit of patience, this product can be suitable for people with learning difficulties like dyslexia.
