I've been looking into similar software to LiveAgent and found three that stand out: Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Zoho. Each of these platforms offers unique features and benefits that can cater to different business needs.

I value how Drift chat allows my customers to connect immediately within our product. If they face issues or have queries, they don't need to wait for email support; all their questions can be answered instantly within the chat. It's also handy for my teams to use the mobile app to handle customer chats from anywhere. We frequently get many questions and leads from our landing page, and Drift has assisted us in automating leads and pushing them into our CRM systems. Integrating the chat widget within the app is easy and simple. The web app (dashboard) is a bit slow to load at first, but the chat is extremely fast and reliable. I do wish they had an Android SDK to start conversations within the app. I chose Drift because it was easy to set up and for its user interface.

I have been using HelpCrunch to increase sales on my website and offer in-app support for my product. Some advanced features can be a bit challenging to start with if you're not familiar with this type of software, but they're optional and the basic usage is intuitive even for beginners. I chose HelpCrunch because it offers competitive pricing with the same, if not more, features. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for my feedback and promising to make all HelpCrunch features even more intuitive in the near future.

I wish the system could recognize certain numbers to prevent this. I also wish I could transfer my Google Voice phone number over. The vendor responded to my review, informing me that it is possible to prevent certain numbers from receiving automated messages and that they do integrate with Google Voice.
