I find Zoho SalesIQ to be user-friendly, affordable, and an essential tool for providing excellent customer service. Its customer tracking features are particularly beneficial for my business. I can easily reach international customers who are visiting or have visited our website and interact with them immediately. I can also identify missed clients who visited our site during off hours and attempt to contact them accordingly. However, I have noticed that sometimes the live update or notification feature does not work, and it may not provide the actual number of visitors on the site if not reloaded.
