I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by the staff. They are always prompt in their responses and eager to help resolve my issues. I value the software's ease of use, the customer point tracking feature, and the outstanding customer service. However, I hope for more options for our tiered customers in the future, beyond just a point multiplier. In response to my feedback, the vendor assured me that Kangaroo's Tier program has a lot of versatility and capacity. They clarified that the Point Multiplier is just one of many ways to create exclusive offers and rewards for each tier. They also pointed out that every targeted offer I create in Kangaroo can be exclusive to a specific Tier and that Kangaroo's powerful marketing segmentation offers many possibilities. They encouraged me to contact the dedicated customer success team for more detailed information. I am thankful for their ongoing support and trust in managing my business.

The vendor responded, expressing regret that the software did not meet my expectations. They clarified that their platform is primarily designed for traditional retail, service, restaurant, or wholesaler environments and may not be suitable for non-traditional retail models.
