Acumatica 222: Affordable Tracking with Room for Improvement
I find that Acumatica allows us to keep track of necessary information at a relatively low cost. However, the time and expense module is not user-friendly. Setting up our employees and contractors is challenging and requires a different numbering system when it moves over to AP. The approval setup is cumbersome, but the invoice approval process is quite intuitive for our employees. We chose Acumatica Cloud ERP mainly because of its price. We switched from Open Systems, a DOS-based system, which was very difficult to set up. Its reporting was also clunky. Although I could set up the reports because of my experience with DOS, I couldn't pass this task to any other employee.

Acumatica: A Premium, Customizable Software with High-End Features and Robust Capabilities
Acumatica is a software that is distributed through a network of Value Added Resellers (VARs), who craft templates tailored to their specific markets. In my experience, these resellers are friendly and well-versed in the software, which is a testament to their professionalism. Acumatica is positioned as a sophisticated, well-constructed software with a premium price tag, which speaks volumes about its high-end features. The design of Acumatica is unique and it has a distinct UX/UI, which showcases its attention to detail. It's priced at a premium, which is reflective of its comprehensive features and capabilities. The software is robust and offers a wealth of options, which can be customized with some knowledge and time investment. It's fascinating to see how Acumatica has evolved over time. It appears to have been initially developed by mid-level programmers for a specific company, and has since blossomed into the comprehensive software it is today. This evolution is a testament to its adaptability and growth potential.

Acumatica: The Unparalleled Cloud-Based ERP Solution
I am really enjoying being a part of the Acumatica community and I am particularly impressed by their ability to automate processes through business events, import scenarios, and workflows using low- or no-code. I believe Acumatica is unparalleled in terms of business software. The system is fantastic and its cloud-based nature allows me to access it from any device, anytime. It's user-friendly and can be customized to meet specific needs. However, I find the module for fixed assets to be lacking. Converting a transaction to an asset is a bit cumbersome and inconsistent with posting in the right time periods. As a customer, I am hoping for updates to the screens associated with my service contract soon. I switched to Acumatica Cloud ERP because it provides fully integrated accounting for the first time. It allows me to explore potential avenues for process automation. In a complex and far-flung business setting, a powerful system like this is simply necessary.
