Outstanding Deel Platform
I absolutely adore Deel! I believe more people should definitely utilize it. It's straightforward, user-friendly, and provides all the necessary information. It's also extremely quick and always punctual. International transfers can be challenging, but Deel simplifies it significantly. The only drawback is the lack of an app, but overall, it's fantastic. I switched to Deel because Paypal was taking too much of my funds and the transfer to my local national account sometimes took nearly 2 weeks. The Deel team responded to my review in September 2023, expressing their pleasure that I found their platform easy and convenient to use.

What I value most about Deel is the quick response from their customer service, such as getting a reply to a ticket within 24 hours. The account manager also links us to resources promptly. However, the customer success manager changes often. The cost and pricing aren't very friendly to small and medium businesses like ours, especially when we need a reliable long-term partner for global expansion. The flexibility of solutions, platform, and payroll cycle lag time is long, which adds extra work. We already have our own system for leave, reimbursement, and onboarding. We need to synchronize these processes between Deel and Appier to enhance employee experiences. We chose Deel because the account manager has been effective at partnering with us to solve issues and is very client-focused.
