01 Is Doodle any Good? My expert Review
As a scheduling professional, I found Doodle Scheduling to be a valuable and easy-to-use tool for coordinating meetings and collaborative projects. I liked a lot of things about Doodle Scheduling, in contrast to using other platforms such as Zoom poll, such as its ease of referencing multiple people and compiling their availability. For example, I recently had to schedule a workshop with participants across multiple time zones. It was simple to create a poll in Doodle Scheduling allowing everyone to mark their preferred times to meet - thus greatly facilitating the scheduling process.
Another element that has positively altered my perspective in using Doodle Scheduling is it provides integration with calendar applications that most users are accustomed to. For example, early in my use of Doodle Scheduling, one of the project teams I was involved with created a poll and synced the results immediately with everyone's Google Calendar. Being able to clearly display the poll results so everyone could see was really helpful and saved time in organizing the poll as there could be no confusion with conflicting meeting requests. Such lack of ambiguity is very helpful, particularly for larger teams where the negotiation of conflicting schedules can be time-consuming process.
However, I have also noticed a few small negatives in using Doodle Scheduling. There are advertisements placed throughout the applications which can sometimes be an initial distraction when creating or responding to polls. Also, the free version is sufficient for the majority of circumstances, but there are other features that could be useful (e.g., more complicated means to track poll responses) that require a plan requiring payment for small teams/individuals, with limited financial ability.
Overall, I still stand positively review Doodle Scheduling because it is always a time-saving and effective process and the negative elements are insignificant in consideration of using the application and the above benefits. Overall, I still maintain that the good aspects of the uses outweighed the minimal negatives I encountered by using Doodle Scheduling. In my professional practice, I have always found Doodle Scheduling to be an uncomplicated and easy method for scheduling academic group projects or organizational meetings, and I definitely see Doodle Scheduling as valuable in decreasing scheduling time and increasing communication time regarding the project or meeting as a collaborative team.

Ever since the March update, I've found a new appreciation for Doodle Poll! It might just be one of the most innovative upgrades I've ever seen. It's definitely worth more than just one star. I wonder if the person who approved this has been promoted yet! For instance, the person who initiates the poll is shown as attending every event, with no option to uncheck any date. This is so forward-thinking, as it assumes the person who sets up a year's worth of events is fully committed to them all. I strongly suggest they keep this update and continue to build upon the already fantastic and incredibly valuable version.

I've found great success with Doodle Scheduling and enjoy teaching others its easy scheduling process.
