Exploring Duda: A Personal Review and Learning Experience
I recently invested in two sites with an annual plan from Duda and had the opportunity to explore their features for three months. The customer service was quite engaging, as we exchanged numerous emails during my decision to switch platforms. Although I didn't receive a refund, I appreciated the experience as it taught me a lot about my preferences. The SEO feature, while not as comprehensive as Wordpress, was still quite functional and provided a unique perspective. The design template was simple and straightforward, perfect for those who prefer a more minimalist approach. In retrospect, I could have used the money to buy hosting and use Wordpress, but I wouldn't have gained the valuable insights I did from using Duda. Overall, it was a learning experience that I wouldn't trade for anything. I would recommend giving it a try to see if it suits your needs!

Outstanding Tool for Agencies: Duda
I've been using Duda for many of my clients' websites and I value its customization features. It's simple to construct, allows for fast building, and is generally user-friendly. There was a learning curve, but we were up and running within a month. It's very user-friendly, has excellent pricing, and most importantly, the customer service is outstanding! It's a good software, although it's missing some features like repeatable content and a members' area. But overall, it's very good.

My overall experience with Duda has been excellent. I've never lost a site due to its high security, which is superior to CMS like WordPress. The Duda builder is user-friendly and its recent updates have improved it further. I do wish for quicker support times from Duda, but I understand it's a challenging task. I switched to Duda because it's simpler to use, more secure, and saves development time.

Duda Lacks Two-Factor Authentication
I'm disappointed that Duda doesn't offer second factor authentication, a standard security feature in professional tools. Without it, the risk of a website built with Duda being hacked is high. I believe it's safer to use a more secure website creation platform.

I absolutely love Duda. I'm extremely happy with my decision to switch to Duda Agency. It's user-friendly for both me and my clients. I value the continuous upgrades and additional features Duda offers for agency users, like collections, no client billing fees, the option to purchase new domains, accessibility enhancements, and ongoing speed and SEO improvements. All of these are included in the Agency plan without any hidden or extra costs. Duda is a fairly new system and the team is always working on new updates. However, some features might not be as advanced as other systems yet. I switched to Duda for its simplicity, support, pricing, and because it's specifically designed for agencies.

Good, But Has Potential for Greatness
I find Duda great for building small, simple websites. I appreciate its flexibility, especially the ability to customize between desktop and mobile. The websites load quickly, index well, and perform well on the SEO side. I've been using Duda for over 6 years and now use it exclusively. However, I find its widgets rudimentary and lacking in simple, expected features. The poor transitions and general user experience limit my ability to meet my clients' needs and expectations. I also find Duda slow at improving small things that would make it a 5-star website editor. Recently, it seems most new functionality has been added to their App $tore, making it a more expensive platform. I wish they would prioritize fixing the long list of broken or buggy features first.
