With Exclaimer cloud signatures, I am able to manage all user signatures centrally. It's a secure and robust product that is easy to use and set up. It doesn't interfere with our in-house digital security setup in Outlook. Thanks to the Server/Client Side setup, it automatically applies signatures when we send emails from iPads, tablets, or mobile phones. However, sometimes it can be time-consuming to search for white papers on the Exclaimer website when issues arise. I chose Exclaimer due to the quick response from the Sales team and its ability to manage our in-house security solution.

I am generally satisfied with the Exclaimer Cloud system. I transitioned from another provider and I'm happy with my decision. While it's not perfect, it has the potential to be. It's simple to set up and manage with various groups, and I can personalize signature templates and have several ones depending on the group or any campaigns being run. However, the customization of signatures could be better as it can be challenging and the final outcome isn't always as expected. I chose Exclaimer for its cost and functionality. I switched to Exclaimer because it provides more and is more user-friendly.
