      I've had an incredibly engaging experience with Exclaimer Cloud! Even though I have a fully-paid subscription, I've had the opportunity to interact with their customer service multiple times. I've called over six times, and each time, I've had the chance to listen to some great hold music for about 3 minutes before my calls drop. I've requested callbacks numerous times and sent five emails, all of which have given me the chance to practice my patience and persistence. I even sent a letter requesting support, and the anticipation of waiting for a response for two months has been quite thrilling. I would highly recommend this software for those who enjoy a good challenge!

      I initially chose Exclaimer email signature software because of its attractive low monthly cost per user. It was a thrilling challenge to transition from a novice to a signature designer, and I found the process to be a great learning experience. Over the last three years, I've had the opportunity to interact with their support team, which has been a journey in itself. The chatbot, while not always accurate, has been an interesting feature to explore. One of the unique aspects of Exclaimer's email signatures is that they appear as thumbnails on mobile devices, which I found to be a neat, compact representation, while they expand to their full glory on desktops. The support has always been reliable and it's very affordable to maintain. The design environment is user-friendly in a web setting after some practice. However, some design features in the editor, such as altering fonts and sizes, can be slightly confusing. General formatting settings may require a bit of trial and error. It lacks an autosave function and an HTML coding function. I chose Exclaimer because it's always been the product I've trusted.
