I upgraded from HV 2 to HV3 and the process was handled very well. I'm very pleased with the new unit as it works as described. It just needs the Octopus Integration to be perfect. I understand that the new hardware should ultimately allow that. The customer service was really good.

I'm reviewing two aspects of Hypervault. Firstly, their customer service was excellent. After submitting a query, I received a very quick response with the exact information I needed to resolve my issue. Secondly, I've had the Hypervolt charging unit for 18 months and it has performed perfectly. Initially, it was a difficult purchase decision as I knew very little about it. However, after reading positive reviews and high praise for their customer service, I realized I made a good decision.
