When I am evaluating creator platforms, there is one key factor I am looking at – Can it run the entire business loop, Audience to Lead to Sale to Delivery, without duct tape integrations? Kajabi is successful in delivering on that promise as it bundles course delivery, site builder, email marketing, funnels, and payment processing all under one umbrella.
On the product side, Kajabi is strong for structuring digital programs (courses, coaching, memberships) with clean templates and branding controls that make small teams look enterprise-level. Where it really shines is its funnel builder (Kajabi “Funnels/Pipelines”): you can connect opt-in pages, sequences, and offers into repeatable campaigns instead of reinventing launches every time.
Marketing automation is another highlight. Kajabi Automations can trigger actions from forms, email campaigns, offers, lessons, and more, useful for onboarding, upsells, and retention flows. Payments are straightforward via Stripe/PayPal (and Kajabi Payments in supported regions), and importantly, Kajabi doesn’t take a percentage of your sales.
I am also very excited about the AI direction that Kajabi is heading. The AI content assistant can help create emails, landing pages, and outlines, while Creator Studio can repurpose one video into dozens of other marketing assets (video clips, blog posts, email copy) with optional add-on features for larger volumes. Additionally, community engagement is becoming more integrated into Kajabi and will tie engagement directly to automations and monetization opportunities.
The tradeoffs are certainly real – Kajabi is premium priced ($89/month and above) and several capabilities do not become meaningful until you reach the upper tiers; Kajabi has a relatively thin third party ecosystem compared to best-of-breed stacks; blogging is basic; and as you get into the deeper developer customization areas, they may feel somewhat limited. However, if you need a polished, scalable “one-stop shop” for selling knowledge, Kajabi still remains one of my top platform recommendations.
Professional design and branding tools
Customizable templates, branding options, and a drag-and-drop interface enable users to create visually appealing and cohesive digital experiences.
Comprehensive all-in-one platform
Kajabi combines course creation, website building, marketing automation, and payment processing, reducing the need for multiple subscriptions and simplifying business operations.
Excellent customer support and resources
Users have access to 24/7 support, live training workshops, and a vibrant community, ensuring help is always available when needed.
Scalable for growing businesses
Kajabi’s flexible plans and robust infrastructure support businesses from startup to enterprise level, allowing users to scale without switching platforms.
No transaction fees on sales
Creators retain all their revenue, as Kajabi does not take a cut from product sales, making it financially attractive for high-volume sellers.
Limited third-party app ecosystem
While Kajabi offers key integrations, its app marketplace is not as extensive as some other platforms, potentially limiting advanced automation or niche functionality.
Basic blogging capabilities
The blogging features are less robust than dedicated platforms, which may be a drawback for content marketers relying heavily on SEO and content publishing.
Customization limitations for developers
Advanced users seeking granular control over site design or backend functionality may find the platform’s customization options somewhat restrictive without developer intervention.
Learning curve for complex setups
Although user-friendly, mastering all of Kajabi’s advanced features and automations can require significant time and experimentation for new users.
Premium pricing structure
Kajabi’s advanced features come at a higher monthly cost compared to some competitors, which may be a barrier for those on tight budgets.

Online course creators
Best for instructors who want a polished course experience plus built-in landing pages, funnels, and email automations to consistently turn traffic into enrollments.
Coaches and consultants
Ideal for service pros packaging sessions into hybrid programs (live + self-paced), with gated content, subscriptions, and automated onboarding and follow-ups.
Non-technical creators and small teams
Perfect for founders who don’t want to manage hosting, plugins, and complex integrations, Kajabi’s templates, support resources, and all-in-one workflow reduce setup time.
Membership site operators
Great for recurring-revenue businesses that need subscriptions, community engagement, and retention automations that react to member behavior without relying on a separate CRM.
Digital product entrepreneurs (podcasts, workshops, newsletters)
A strong fit if you monetize multiple formats and want to repurpose content into marketing assets while keeping checkout, delivery, and email in one place.

My Email List and Sales Funnel Finally Work Together
As a creator, my biggest struggle was turning followers into paying customers. Kajabi helped me fix that. I created a lead magnet (a free eBook) and used Kajabi’s landing page builder and email automations to grow my list from 200 to 2,000 subscribers in just a few months.

Made My Coaching Business Scalable
I used to run all my coaching sessions over Zoom and keep track of clients manually—until I switched to Kajabi. Now, I offer a hybrid model where clients can choose between live sessions and a self-paced coaching program. I built a private membership area with downloadable worksheets, recorded lessons, and an integrated community space.

Professional-Looking Course Pages Without a Designer
I’m not a tech person, and I definitely don’t have a design background. But with Kajabi’s templates, I created a clean, modern-looking online course page that rivals some of the biggest names in the industry. I launched my first photography course in under a week. The drag-and-drop editor was intuitive, and I loved being able to preview everything before publishing.

All-in-One Simplicity That Saved Me Hours Every Week
As a solo entrepreneur running an online wellness course, Kajabi has been a game-changer. Before, I juggled five different tools—one for my website, another for email marketing, a third for course delivery, and more. Kajabi replaced all of them. I created my entire online course, built my website, and set up automated email sequences—all within the same dashboard.
