Effortless to Master, Deploy, and Refresh
I find Manifestly extremely beneficial as it keeps everyone updated on a project's progress, reducing waiting time for answers and enhancing communication. I appreciate its simplicity, making it easy to train my staff. Creating and running new workflows is straightforward and doesn't require complex skills. I value the ability for managers to easily track completed and pending tasks. However, it currently lacks the ability to easily message all users on a specific checklist run and doesn't support complex variables for automatic email sending without other app integrations.

Manifest.ly: Turning Toil into Tolerable Tasks
I find Manifest.ly incredibly helpful in simplifying our manual procedures and making product maintenance nearly effortless. We regularly update it, add helpful links, and rely on it for our daily tasks. It's mainly used for release checklists and scheduled manual jobs. I haven't faced any problems that would make me think of an alternative. Although the user experience could be better as updates can be somewhat confusing, overall, it's fantastic.

Manifestly - Streamlining Our Recurring Tasks Efficiently
I frequently use Manifestly as it effectively manages our numerous recurring tasks. While it's user-friendly, it took some users a while to fully understand its benefits. I feel there's a need to enhance the UX/UI/design and I'm willing to provide ideas for improvements. The software is great and easy to use, not requiring any special training for limited users who only need reminders and updates when tasks are completed. It's excellent for managing and tracking all our recurring tasks and reminding users and their managers about pending tasks and their deadlines. The team is always very supportive, professional, and ready to help with any queries. However, the design is outdated and some users find it unappealing. There are some UX and UI modifications that need to be made to improve the user experience. I'm unsure why Manifestly was chosen as it was purchased before I joined the company.

I've had a really positive experience with Manifestly. Their support has been excellent and receptive, always responding promptly to my interactions. I'm very satisfied with the product and didn't hesitate to renew it. I appreciate the basic functionality of being able to reuse checklists repeatedly, which is exactly what I needed. However, I find creating multiple checklists using the same workflow a bit challenging. I wish I could mass create new checklists from a spreadsheet, like uploading a list of new hires to create their individual lists. We primarily use the product to track the on-boarding of new employees, usually in batches of 2-10 people. I would like a better global view of all the outstanding tasks and the ability to create new task lists from existing workflows through email or slack. The multiple view of checklists can be confusing and messy if there are too many lists open. Also, I have some issues with the skip feature.

I find Manifestly easy to use and it effectively ensures that my team completes checklists and tasks without my constant supervision. It promotes accountability as my team completes tasks I assign to a checklist. I appreciate the responsiveness of the Manifestly team to any questions or assistance I've needed over the years. One minor issue is the inability to move individual tasks via an iPad rather than a desktop, but I've adapted and it's not a major problem. I switched to Manifestly because it met my need for assigning checklists at specific times and being able to see the percentage of completion at any time.
