Before using MentorcliQ, we could only label individuals as "mentees" or "mentors" in our HRIS system, with no way to track the relationship's duration, the topics discussed, the competencies covered, the hours invested, or the mentor's actual capacity. With MentorcliQ, we can now track all of this and more, thanks to the various reports available, leading to increased engagement from program participants. From a user's perspective, the tool is intuitive and easy to use. It allows mentees to suggest potential mentors based on their profiles, update their profiles, contact their mentors directly through the platform, and even book a slot in their diaries. The customizable resource library is rich and useful, providing tips and videos on the program's benefits, how to get started, and various customizable agreements. It's also easy for users to report the hours invested and topics covered through QuickcliQ. As an admin, the tool is very beneficial.

Outstanding Tool for Structured Mentoring Programs!
I have used the MentorcliQ platform to establish a formal mentoring program in our department for the first time. We are currently in the midst of our first cycle and I am optimistic that this program will aid in the development of our younger talent's skills, strengths, and confidence to succeed in their roles. I also anticipate it will promote internal networking, encourage knowledge sharing, and ultimately enhance our department's informal mentoring culture. The platform simplifies the process of managing a formal mentoring program and the support from MentorcliQ is outstanding, making the software even more user-friendly. As a program administrator, it saves me significant time and allows me to concentrate more on my primary engineering duties. I would like more customization options, especially in the automatic surveys. The preview message feature could also be improved as I often can't see the added links or how the email will appear to the recipient. Overall, my user experience has been excellent. The vendor responded positively to my review and pledged to share my feedback with their product team.
