Effortless, User-Friendly, Gets the Job Done!
I appreciate OneLogin for its seamless sign-ins across multiple platforms and users, considering the many accounts, usernames, and passwords we manage today. However, I find the constant notifications annoying and the process of disabling them is not user-friendly for me.

Lack of Training and Support
We could only use OneLogin as a password management program as they declined to provide any training, stating it wasn't financially viable for them. The software was introduced to us by our former IT service provider who was not familiar with it, so we didn't get any training on its features. When we switched to a new MSP, I requested onsite training to fully use the product, but the sales rep said it wasn't feasible due to OneLogin's financial limitations. Despite their website claiming they offer such services, my requests for virtual training or training materials were disregarded.

Auto Password Manager: A Boon for Mid-Sized Businesses
I find OneLogin efficient for storing passwords for various business applications and software. It's convenient as I don't have to remember login info for different apps. I appreciate the email notification countdown for when my main OneLogin password will expire. It integrates well with HipChat, Confluence, and Salesforce. However, it's frustrating that the program locks me out after too many unsuccessful login attempts.
