I value the real-time updates, particularly when customers require specific orders or deliveries. It enables us to give the most accurate ETA and immediate proof of delivery if there are any questions about who received it. However, there is an excess of unnecessary information on the page. It would be helpful if we could tailor the interface to our department. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their delight that Track-POD is assisting us in satisfying our customers.

My experience with Track-POD has been positive. I value the real-time capability to locate goods in transit and access proof of delivery documents, which has enhanced customer interactions. This is especially beneficial when customers are not onsite where the delivery was made or if the delivery was to a remote location. The customization options in the interface make it easier to set up relevant displays for my job responsibilities. Real-time reporting has streamlined the process of addressing customer delivery issues. However, I wish I could link to 3rd party tracking to monitor carrier shipments from within the same dashboard as our own deliveries. We transitioned to Track-POD because we required improved tracking, reportability, and real-time information for our end customer. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased to know that Track-POD helps us deliver a better customer experience.
