Calendly and Cal.com share many standard features of scheduling platforms, including calendar integrations, automated reminders, and customizable booking pages. It offers features like automated scheduling, integration with popular calendar services like Google Calendar and Outlook, and the ability to create different event types. Calendly’s intuitive interface and straightforward setup process allow users to start scheduling meetings in minutes, which is particularly beneficial for professionals looking for a no-fuss tool to manage appointments.

monstagedecombat.frFlexible, reliable and well-thought-out
Cal.com is a very good appointment scheduling solution, both flexible and reliable. I particularly appreciate the fine-tuning of availability settings, customizable booking links, and the round-robin assignment for teams. The calendar integrations and the self-hosting option with an API are real assets. Some settings require a bit of a learning curve, but the tool remains practical and efficient for daily use. For those also looking to organize their schedule in a disciplined way, the site www.monstagedecombat.fr offers interesting resources on planning training sessions.

Highly Configurable With Fewer Edge Cases
I have used a few scheduling tools and Cal.com feels more configurable than most. The recurring availability rules, meeting limits, and custom booking links make it easy to keep my week under control. Support docs could be clearer in a few places, but I have had fewer edge-case problems here than with some bigger names

Fair Round-Robin for Remote Teams
Cal.com works well for a small remote team. The round-robin scheduling is the feature we use most, since it spreads intro calls fairly across reps without someone having to manage it manually. We also ended up getting a discounted first year on the Teams plan through Joinsecret, which was a nice bonus rather than the reason we chose it

Self-Hosting + API Power Integrations
We switched to Cal.com mainly for the self-hosting option and the API, and both have been useful. Our dev team plugged booking into our site without much friction, and the webhooks for sending lead data into our CRM worked well. It is not completely plug-and-play if you want advanced workflows, but the flexibility is worth it

Granular Availability and Booking Controls
I like Cal.com because it gives me more control than most schedulers. I can set buffer times, limit bookings per day, and create different availability for sales demos versus internal meetings. The interface is not the prettiest in every corner, but it is fast and practical

Routing Forms Reduce Back-and-Forth
Cal.com has been solid for our client calls because the routing forms cut down on back-and-forth and send people to the right meeting type right away. Setup took a bit of trial and error, especially with calendar connections, but once it was dialed in it saved us a lot of admin time

Discount Hooked Us, Flexibility Kept Us
Found the Joinsecret 50% off offer by chance and used it for the first few months, and now that we’re paying full price I still think the flexibility around event types, limits, and integrations earns its keep.

Joinsecret Discount Made Team Migration Easier
I grabbed the 50% off Cal.com deal through Joinsecret when we upgraded, and it made it easier to justify moving the whole team over while we tested round-robin and routing

Fewer No-Shows With Reminders and Easy Reschedules
Noticed fewer no-shows after turning on automated reminders and adding custom intake questions, and the reschedule flow is painless for clients compared to the “email me” dance
