Yes, it took me a couple of weeks to get a demo with them, but it was worth the wait. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the platform before I started using it.I've seen some negative reviews out there, but my experience has been nothing but positive. Saving Time with Instapage!
Instapage has been an excellent tool for my team, freeing our developer from minor site projects and allowing the rest of us to create and personalize landing pages and mini-sites. We can swiftly and attractively set up these pages without needing our developer's help, which is a significant advantage. I particularly like the drag and drop feature that lets us easily add various widgets, forms, and text boxes. Instapage also provides a plethora of customization features, making it easy to brand the page exactly as we want. Another handy feature is the ability to optimize the page for mobile with just a single click. So far, I haven't found any negatives to Instapage. It has performed well and delivers exactly what we need.

Unscrupulous Billing Tactics and Deceptive Customer Service
Firstly, the product didn't meet my expectations. It's simply not very good. But let's put that aside for now. Instapage has the worst SaaS customer service experience I've ever had. They quietly auto-renew your annual plan, charging you $2k, and then only give you 24 hours to notify them if you don't want to be charged. After that, their policy states they won't refund you, and they stick to it. Considering this is a software product, their cost of delivery is negligible. Almost everyone else in this industry offers money-back guarantees, but Instapage just tries to keep your money without delivering value. I strongly advise against buying this product. While the design is attractive and they are good at selling you during your initial adoption curve, the software is not worth the money. Worse still, the company will find ways to charge you even if you're not using the product.
