Initially, I was taken aback by the unexpected price increase, but after reaching out to their team, I realized the value they were offering was worth the investment. I would suggest anyone considering signing up with them to fully understand their pricing structure, as it may change, but rest assured, it's for the betterment of the service they provide.Their customer service, in my experience, has been nothing short of exceptional. They've shown a genuine interest in my needs and have always been there to assist me. I've found their operation to be transparent and completely legal, with a clear focus on providing the best service possible.While there are other alternatives like LeadPages and ClickFunnels, I've found that the quality and value that Instapage offers are unparalleled. I've had a great experience with them and I would highly recommend giving Instapage a try. It's a decision I'm glad I made and I'm sure you will be too!

Simplifying Landing Page Creation and Management with Instapage

My experience with Instapage has been overwhelmingly positive. It has significantly streamlined the process of designing my company's landing pages and enabled me to track progress using Google Analytics, Facebook, and Active Campaign, our CRM tool. I can easily identify the leads we receive through the form. I highly recommend it, particularly for those new to managing their company. What I value most about Instapage is its user-friendly interface for editing and creating landing pages. The platform's integration with Active Campaign, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the installation of the Facebook pixel is flawless, allowing us to effectively track campaigns and website traffic. The support team is also top-notch, always providing quick and efficient assistance whenever I've reached out. However, I do have some concerns with the responsive design for mobile. While it generates an automatic design, the user experience is subpar. Changes made on the landing page are duplicated in the responsive design, but text and images cannot be edited.

Experiencing Instapage's Evolution: A User's Perspective on Rising Costs and Bold Changes

I've been using Instapage for a couple of years now, starting at a $49/mo plan. A year into it, they upgraded their features and the price increased to $79/mo. Now, another year later, they're taking things to the next level and my plan will be $199/mo starting this December. I reached out to their customer service to understand the changes and they were very straightforward, suggesting that if I wasn't satisfied, I could explore other landing page providers. I even took to their Facebook page to express my thoughts and was surprised to see many others sharing their experiences too. It seems they prefer to keep their social media focused on the positive, as my comments were removed and I was unable to further comment on their posts. What I've learned from this experience is that Instapage is a company that's constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries. They're not afraid to make bold moves and stand by their decisions. I'm excited to see what the future holds with them. If I decide to switch providers, I'll do so knowing that I've been part of a company that's not afraid to shake things up. Here's to the next 12 months with Instapage, and best of luck to them!
