Effortless to Use and Implement: A ConvertFlow Experience
ConvertFlow offers all the essential features I need for lead scoring, nurturing, and email marketing. When used with ActiveCampaign, it provides smooth visitor segmentation, allowing me to send the right message to the right audience. However, the cost might be a hurdle for small businesses, as the lowest price is $29/month. Despite its extensive features, small businesses may be reluctant to use ConvertFlow without fully understanding what it offers. I switched to ConvertFlow from OptinMonster because the latter didn't have the custom fields function for creating custom forms. Additionally, ConvertFlow is more user-friendly for non-coders and provides a wider range of relevant targeting conditions. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased they value my feedback.

They even offer free plans for up to 1 customers, which is a fantastic opportunity for small businesses. What I find really cool is their unique approach to testing popups - you get to activate a campaign, which not only allows you to test but also gives you a taste of their upgraded features. It's a win-win!

Promising Concept, Yet Lacking Essential Elements
In conclusion, I feel that ConvertFlow has immense potential, but I'm worried it might not stay in business long enough to achieve its lofty goals. I've been using it for over a year and while it possesses all the fundamental elements for an excellent lead collection tool, it's riddled with constant bugs and a notable drop in customer support quality. It provides a range of surveys, forms, landing pages, and embedding options, but the creation process is frequently interrupted by bugs and server failures. Lately, their customer support has become virtually non-existent, with issues taking days to resolve. I opted for ConvertFlow because it was more affordable than its competitors and it complemented my existing Active Campaign. However, unless they allocate more developers to support, I'm apprehensive about their future. The vendor responded to my review, apologizing for my negative experience and promising updates to enhance the software.
