I'm still waiting to hear back from the support team, but I'm hopeful they'll resolve the issue soon. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but I'm optimistic about Lucidpress. I used Lucidpress to publish my wife's book on Amazon. She had a lot of non-standard writing such as poetic indents, italics, bolds, and quotes, and Lucidpress handled it all.
