Poor Configuration - Monthly Time-Waster

I use Mighty Networks for our training platform and have previously mentioned the challenges we've faced. A new issue is that every month, as the billing contact, I receive an email notifying me of the charge but not the invoice. Despite my repeated requests for them to send the invoice directly, they insist that I log into their platform and navigate through several steps to download it. The process is so convoluted that I waste significant time each month. No other supplier operates this way. Despite their claims of viewing feedback as a learning opportunity and wanting to improve their service, I believe this is just marketing jargon. I don't trust their responses to negative feedback as it seems to be empty rhetoric. They either disregard feedback or their software team is too dysfunctional to implement changes despite the requests of their customer service team.

My Clients are Wowed by Mighty Networks

I am impressed by the professionalism that Mighty Networks offers and my clients feel the same. The platform allows me to do everything I want, from creating a video feed to changing my payment acceptance methods. The integration with Zoom has been particularly useful. However, I initially found Mighty Networks quite confusing. I almost gave up because I couldn't understand the structure of the different spaces or how to invite people. The online support wasn't very helpful either. Fortunately, I had a business coach who had previous experience with Mighty Networks and he helped me navigate through the platform. Without his help, I would have given up on Mighty Networks. I'm glad I persevered, but occasionally I encounter a glitch that requires my coach's assistance. I wish Mighty Networks offered more than just email support when issues arise.

Approachable and Quick-Responding

I have been hosting a global community on Mighty Networks for four years now. The platform is well-integrated and the Mighty Team is friendly, responsive, and efficient. However, I would give it a full five stars if the interface was simpler for newcomers to navigate and if we, as hosts, were given a clearer understanding of the development priority of requested features. Some of these features have taken years to implement and we are still waiting on others. Despite this, from my perspective as a long-time host, Mighty Networks is the best platform available.

Mighty Networks has been a crucial tool in helping me support my customers. I've been able to build a community around my business where customers help each other and we collectively assist them. This has given my business the advantage of having all the answers for my users, thanks to the content contributed by the community members. I'm impressed by the platform's simplicity in both creation and maintenance. Even as a beginner, I was able to build an advanced community with memberships and courses, thanks to the guidance provided by Mighty Networks. I also value their commitment to ensuring communication with community members, providing notification tools, a website, and a mobile app. However, I faced an issue when I tried to integrate its tools with third-party software using Zapier. The integration with Zapier wasn't robust enough for my needs and didn't allow me to send information from my network to another service I was using. Despite this, I chose Mighty Networks because it fulfilled most of my community needs and offered a mobile app for better community access.
