      Outstanding Platform for Driving Customer Advocacy Initiatives!

      Influitive is an excellent tool for starting and managing a customer advocacy program. It provides strong reporting features and outstanding customer service. It also integrates with many helpful tools, such as Sendoso, which drives our entire rewards catalog. I couldn't operate my program without it. However, some features are not user-friendly and I wish there were more customization options. We've received customer feedback on desired changes that we can't make. Also, while the reporting features are extensive, the large amount of data can be hard to understand and sort through, though this is getting better.

      I've had a wonderful experience with Influitive, even when handling multiple reporting queries. They're always available to help and offer support. I value the simplicity of Influitive. I became an Admin in the past year and found the learning curve to be quite small. I can easily find support articles for assistance and if I still have questions, my CSM is extremely helpful and reachable. Moreover, the VIP community is a great resource for networking and exchanging ideas with other experts. I genuinely love this community and the chance to connect and grow. However, reporting still poses a challenge for me. I aim to create a narrative for organizational leaders, but often struggle with understanding where and when the numbers are coming from.

      Excellent Tool for Customer Engagement

      I appreciate the simplicity and user-friendliness of Influitive. I can easily navigate through most of its features without needing to consult support or reference articles. I am particularly impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of my CSM, who always provides quick and thoughtful responses to my weekly emails. I find the templates for challenges and campaigns very useful for content creation, as I can either use them directly or draw inspiration from them. However, I sometimes find the admin side of things a bit frustrating, especially when trying to navigate back just one page and it takes me farther back. I also noticed that many templates assume that everyone has access to the discussion forum.
